Thanks - Simon Says July Card Kit


Hi everyone,

I'm back with a card made with the SSS July Card kit.

I used the SSS stitched rectangle dies to cut out the front panel and popped it up on an A2 size card base with Recollections 110# card stock.

I used Versamark and SSS white embossing powder to stamp out the images and I heat embossed it all.  I used masking to have the images overlap and give it dimension.




I used my Zig Kuretake Gansai Tambi water colours to colour in the images.  I didn't go crazy but I didn't stay within the lines either.  I didn't want it to be perfect.   I finished off the card with SSS sequins.

    I love all the texture you have created with your watercolours! I still struggle with it, so I am glad to see that not staying in the lines actually emphasizes the look! Thank you ;o)
