MOS - Season's Greetings
Hello everyone,
I can't believe it's Christmas Eve already! Are you ready? I actually am ready two days earlier this year which is saying a lot for me.
For my card I used the ornament from the Trim the Tree set and heat embossed it with white embossing powder. I watercoloured in the image and I'm really into splatter lately so I wanted to use it on my card today as well.
I used the sentiment from the Cardinal Greetings set and stamped it using Versafine Onyx black ink. I then die cut the panel and added it to the black card front.
I want to wish you all a wonderful holiday season and get to spend time with family and friends.
Thanks for stopping by!

Merry Christmas - So Suzy Stamp GD
Hello everyone,
I am back with my final post for this month. I have truly enjoyed guest designing for So Suzy Stamps and I want to thank everyone for the opportunity.
Just a reminder that the So Suzy Shop will be down till January. She's making some changes to make it better for you to shop. We appreciate your patience.
Now on with my card. I used the same stamp as before and I did this on purpose so that when you're creating Christmas cards, sometimes you just can't make each and every card spectacular and unique even though you'd like to. This was you can stamp the same image a few times and emboss them differently and colour them in or leave them as is for different looks but easier for you.
I stamped the image with Versamark clear sticky ink and heat embossed it with gold embossing powder on to a white panel. I stamped the sentiment with Versamark as well and used a black sparkly embossing power and heat set it on a piece of gold vellum from my paper stash.
I added fun foam to the back of my white panel and added it to an A2 sized card base.
I took the piece of gold vellum and took the ends and wrapped them around the front panel and taped them to the back so I didn't have to add adhesive to the front.
To finish my card I used the Nuvo Crystal Drops in gold and added dots around the card. These are so much fun to use.
They work great on your card or added them to a craft sheet and making your own enamel dots. I made a few with the white drops as you see below.

BRI #Hashtag Stamps Blog Hop
Hello everyone,
I'm super excited to be joining the BRI #Hashtag blog hop to promote the new collab stamp sets with BRI and Bossy Joscie. You should have come from the amazingly talented Laurie.
These sentiments are fabulous and fun to play with. Links and the next in the hop are at the end of my post.
I recently bought the Mission Gold watercolours and couldn't wait to use them. I cut out a panel from a stitched rectangle die from Lawn Fawn and added the peacock watercolour. I used my het gun to heat set the colour as I went because I wanted to have the harsh lines.
No hop would be complete without prizes, so to be eligible to win one of the two new sets, leave a comment on all blogs by Monday, December 26, 2016 at noon. Winners will be annonced on the Butterfly Reflections Ink Blog on Tuesday, December 27th.
Now you're next stop in the hop is Kimberly.

AAA Cards Game #80 - Silver
Hi everyone,
You are all enjoying the holiday spirit and getting some time with family and hopefully a bit of crafty time in there too.
For my card, I used one of the Scattered Circles dies from SSS and die cut it out of a white card stock panel. I added a piece of printer paper to the back so that I could add the Nuvo drops in Silver to each of the little circles.
I used the die again to cut out the middle circle from a piece of metallic card stock and adhered it with liquid glue. I cut down the front panel down a bit and popped it up on fun foam to give it some interest. I stamped the sentiment with Stayzon black ink because the metallic paper is slippery.
Our Game #80 is up and we thought that Silver would be great to go along with all the Christmas cards we are all making. This one will be a bit longer as we will be extending it over our Christmas break so it's 3 weeks instead of two. So head over to the blog to link up your CAS card!

A Latte Birthday
Hello everyone,
I'm here with a holiday themed birthday card. I wanted to play along with the Winter Coffee Lovers Blog hop but just missed it.
I love patterned paper and I have quite a bit of it for someone who doesn't know how to use it. LoL!! I saw this piece and I knew I had to use it because it's so adorable.
I used the coffee cup from the Coffee Craze stamps and die set and coloured it in with my copics and then die cut it. When you use the red copics they tend to bleed so I used the white gel pen to clean up the edges of the stamped image. I then stamped and heat embossed a snowflake onto the cup as I thought it was missing something.
I then took two sizes of scalloped rectangle dies and cut out a piece of the patterned paper and a smaller piece of white card stock and stamped the sentiment with black ink.
I adhered the patterned paper to the card base and popped up the sentiment panel with foam tape. I then added a bit of Wink of Stella to the cup and I thought I'd mix it up and add the cup with a small action wobble. So it moves!
Thanks for stopping by, see you again soon!

Holiday Card Series - Merry Christmas
Hello everyone,
I'm back with more cards for my Holiday Card Series.
I have a set of cards that a coworker ordered and these were fun and easy to make.
I started out with Canson XL watercolour paper and cut out A2 sized panels. I used my Koi watercolours and unfortunately they don't have names.
I added the colour the each panel with water and then heat set them between layers. I added a little at a time to get the depth of the hard and soft lines. Once they dried I added some splatter with some black paint from the same palette.
I took the Merry Christmas sentiment die from Simon Says Stamp and I die cut it four times out of metallic paper that I found at my local dollar store. I adhered them to the watercolour panels and then added those to regular card stock card bases.
For these cards I pulled out my distress stains in Barn Door and Tattered Rose and Faded Jeans and Tumbled Glass and just stamped them all over the paper and the sprits them with my Distress sprayer.
After they dried I added some gold and silver splatter with the same colour distress inks.
I then cut out more of the Merry Christmas sentiments from the same paper as the ones above and adhered them to the card with Tombow Mono. Once that was all done I added the panels to regular card stock card bases and called them done.
Thanks for stopping by, see you again soon.

So Suzy Stamp GD - Merry Christmas
Hello everyone,
I'm back again with another Christmas card for you and for my Holiday Card Series. I decided to use the new to me Colour Burst in Alizarin Crimson which is a gorgeous Christmas red.
I added the Colour Burst to the paper and you DON'T need a lot. When you add it to the paper, it doesn't even seam like there is anything there but look at the stages it goes through below when you add the water.
After the panel as completely dry I die cut it out with a stitched rectangle. I also sent the panel through my die cutting machine a few more times to help flatten it out.
I took the watercoloured panel and using my mini MISTI I stamped the Merry Christmas sentiment with Versamark ink (which is a clear sticky ink) and then heat embossed it with white embossing powder.
I added some fun foam to the back of the panel and adhered it to the card base. I then added dots from the Nuvo Crystal Drops in white to finish off the card.
Don't forget!
Thanks for stopping by, see you again soon!
